Asked a lady working if she could help me or know someone to help me look at shower heads. Obviously it was too much to ask her with the eye roll and attitude like it was too much work for her for her to take me to another worker that was storing things away he was also the exact same. Really bad attitude. Acts like he didn’t have the time of day to help a customer and was too annoyed to speak to anyone. If you’re too moody to work in customer service then don’t, customers don’t need to feel like they are an inconvenience shopping at your work to pay your wages to get disgusting attitude.

Would normally rate 5 but had an experience their a month ago when not driving l had a rucksack... was at register and l showed girl l had a shower head in my bag from home and she proceeded to put all thru register come to pay and forgot my pin as every start of year l change my pin so said take wall cleaner off pay under $100 whilst doing this the security lady was watching didn't worry me...anyhow packed it all in my backpack and went to walk out security lady stops me...she wanted to check everything in my bag...l was not impressed...anyhow we go to register and she goes through everything now granted their were mistakes next l look to my right and their is another security lady...which first lady said it's OK during this l had said if theirs a problem don't blame the girl serving as l couldn't remember my pin ..... as l didn't know what was going on...she found 3 mistakes and 1 item girl hadn't charged me...now this was fine but as she is doing this their are numerous people going thru other register ..l was so embarrassed by the way l was portrayed as a theif...l dont control the register...l know l had opened my bag in store trying to find something to hold a hand shower to wall...this must be a problem theiving but as l said l wasn't on register so the mistakes weren't mine...so after people glaring at me ...this security lady got the item not scanned put thru and l paid.. at no time did she apologise for the mistakes that the girl on register made or for the embarrassment she caused me...let alone the fact that she never came over whilst we were on the register if she had a problem ...when l informed her l was walking she sounded surprised...so it wasn't my fault the staff screwed up but l was made to feel as if l had stolen goods...l showed the girl my empty bag bar the shower end and keys smokes and change at register...no apology for bad service or the embarrassment caused by this as l said l didn't put the things thru the register your staff did..so 1 only.... for the part l originally went their for...was the item the girl had not charged me let alone the TV cables l was over charged but their was no apology for that.
